Categories
You can now add categories to both articles and actions. This opens up a ton of new use cases for all your employees! From your team members and store staff to the admins and creators as well.
For team members and store staff
With the categories, finding and accessing relevant articles will be done very quickly simply by changing the respective category.
For administrators and creators
Administrators and creators can create, translate, and manage Categories from the Categories Studio.
Adding categories to articles is very simple.
Articles can have multiple categories. For example, if a product has both Outdoor and Spring, it could represent the Spring version AND the Outdoor product category.
We've gone further and made it possible to add categories to actions as well.
The Categories allow you to be very detailed in the way you analyze and interpret the data in your dashboard, for example, to determine the degree of compliance of your stores with your closing procedures.
