π Certificates
Certificates provide formal recognition for achievements and competitions. They motivate staff and give members a professional way to showcase their accomplishments.
You can fully customize each certificate to make it meaningful and visually aligned with your brand. Click Edit next to the certificate when creating an achievement or competition to access the following options π
- Template: Choose from eight templates: four different styles, each available in portrait or landscape orientation. Select the one that best fits your brand and the tone of the achievement or competition.
- Logo: By default, the certificate includes your platform logo. You can replace it by uploading any image.
- Colors: Customize the colors of the certificates frame, background and text to match your branding.
- Title & Description: You can edit the default title and description to explain what the certificate represents or highlight the achievement.
- Reward Text: If the achievement or competition includes a reward, enabling Show the reward text will automatically display that reward on the certificate - showing the generic reward text for generic rewards, or each memberβs own personal reward for personalized rewards
- Show Score: Enable Show the score to display the average action score of the articles associated with the achievement or competition. This gives members additional recognition for their performance.
- Signed by: The certificate automatically shows the name and role of the person who created the achievement or competition. You can edit both fields and optionally upload a signature image to make the certificate more personal.
π‘ Certificates are enabled by default but can be turned off if not needed.
π Tracciamento dei successi
Members can track their own progress in their profile:
- π In Progress β Shows all achievements or competitions the member is working on, including the ones they have missed
- β Achievements β Shows achievements they completed, competitions they won, and any certificates they earned
- π Explore β Shows achievements or competitions the member can participate in but hasnβt started yet.

- Enable a low-code alert so you get a notification when the reward list is running low.
How rewards are assigned:

Managing and adding additional rewards:
